If your order is in stock we will dispatch this the same or very next day. In cases where some lines are out of stock, these will go straight into production. Once your order has been made and is ready, we aim to dispatch your order within 2-3 working days of placing an order. Should you need a delivery sooner than this time frame, please email us prior to placing an order or as soon as possible after placing an order. Most deliveries are made using Recorded Delivery Via Royal Mail. Delivery is charged at a £5.00 on all UK mainland orders regardless of size. Occasionally for larger orders we may use a courier service however the delivery charge will remain the same.

An email will be sent out to your email address provided with the order status.

We welcome international orders and already ship to many locations globally. Delivery times and charges will vary according to location. Please contact us for more information.

We accept all major debit and credit cards as well as payments made from Paypal

Unless your garment is faulty we cannot refund postage, packaging or any other costs relating to the return of the garments to us. When returning garments to us please use a safe, secure and traceable service. Please allow 5-7 working days after the return of goods to verify and arrange refund or exchange of garments. We hope you are 100% happy with your new baby clothes or gifts. If however for some reason you are not totally satisfied please email us to organise a full refund or exchange. Unfortunately due to the nature of the product, we cannot refund or exchange any purchase that was made more than 30 days ago. We also cannot refund or exchange any garments that have been used, washed or damaged. If your garment is faulty, we apologise and will have this replaced for you as soon as possible.

We have made shopping with Baby Clothes Direct even easier with the option to have your purchased goods delivered to your billing address or to an alternative address. Please select ‘Ship to a different address’, when placing the order on the checkout page.
